A Rip Off

If anyone wants to be scammed, then you've come to the right place. I went with my daughter so they wouldn't take advantage of her (it happened anyway). She took her vehicle in for the advertised $19.99 oil change and ended up paying $35.00 because they used a synthetic oil that she never authorized them to use. They said the manufacturer recommends it. I looked it up in her manual and it says no such thing! On top of that, they tried to sell her over $400 worth of different fluid flushes (i.e. brake, power steering fluid, fuel induction, fuel filter, etc..). They brought her out a color pallete with how her fluids should look and how they actually looked. I told her to pass on their suggestions. She took it to her brother (a DIY mechanic) and he said all her fluids were fine and they were simply looking to make extra money off her. If you go there, be aware that they will try to sell you things you don't need!!! Apparently they play the bait and switch game too.
